Healthy Fruit Platter

I have a sweet tooth that can get out of control, especially during my menstrual phase. Seriously, I purposefully keep sweets and sugary treats out of my house because otherwise I will eat them all. Luckily, fruit has a sweet taste and is good for you!

This fruit platter is not only incredibly easy to make, but you can change out which fruits you use depending on which phase of your cycle you’re in. If you’re curious which fruits and foods are beneficial during each menstrual phase, check out this article as a reference. For this video, I used strawberries, cherries, kiwis, and cantaloupe. All you have to do is grab a platter or tray, display the fruit however you’d like, and enjoy!
